June 2025 NPS Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The competition is open to all individuals who fill in the satisfaction survey via the specified Facebook post. Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Geek Retreat and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period:

The competition begins on Monday 30 June 2025 and ends on 31 July 2025. All entries must be received by the end of the entry period.

How to Enter:

To enter the competition, participants must complete the satisfaction survey linked in the specified Facebook post and provide an email address. Only one entry per person is allowed per person.

Prize:

One winner will receive v£100 credited to their Geek Retreat loyalty app. The credit will be added once the winner provides the registered mobile number associated with their Geek Retreat loyalty app.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on 14 August 2025.

Notification:

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey by 21 August 2025. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Geek Retreat reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Claiming the Prize:

To claim the prize, the winner must provide the registered mobile number associated with their Geek Retreat loyalty app. The v£100 credit will be applied to their account upon verification.

The use of the Geek Retreat loyalty app and the v£100 credit are subject to the Geek Retreat loyalty app terms and conditions, which can be found at https://geek-retreat.uk/terms-conditions/.

Data Protection:

By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, and use of their personal data in accordance with Geek Retreat’s privacy policy for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfillment.

General Conditions:

Geek Retreat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Geek Retreat’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by Geek Retreat in its sole discretion.

Governing Law:

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
