Introduction

Welcome to the Geek Retreat Loyalty App! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our loyalty app and participation in our loyalty program. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

To use the Geek Retreat Loyalty App, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Account Creation

When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

Loyalty Program

Participants in the Geek Retreat Loyalty Program earn v£ for qualifying purchases and activities, as detailed in the app. Points are redeemable for rewards, subject to availability and the loyalty program rules.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the app are and will remain the exclusive property of Geek Retreat and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Geek Retreat.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the app to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, or in any way that violates another party’s rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Geek Retreat Loyalty App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Geek Retreat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geek Retreat and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the app, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
